Sendoso allows me to send out highly personal and thoughtful gifts to prospects I want to connect with or ones I met with already.

  • Would be great to be able to send multiple Amazon items together to a prospect (or maybe you can and I just don't know how!).
  • Ability to write your own handwritten note through the application using your own handwriting.
  • Request more funds through website that sends to your Sendoso manager.
This platform makes gift giving SO simple and easy to do. I love the way you can track prospects and if they have used the gift or not, the speed at which gifts can be sent, and the ability to send a quick gift card or send something unique. I have definitely pushed prospects over the edge to meet/move a meeting forward with this platform!

Sendoso improves Sales Efficiency right from the start. The browser site is extremely easy to use, and allows for quick access to any campaign I need to send the card from. I have had zero issues with the functionality at all in the 2 years I have used it. 5/5 Stars.

On multiple occasions, I have had to send a new card to a prospect and Sendoso really never fails to work. I'm impressed by the variety of Gifts. At a company with multiple campaigns/gift amounts, it helps me do my job well by being organized and convenient to use.
Directive just expanded to Canada, and with the CAD/other currencies, our new sales team is fully enabled.

We use Sendoso as both our gifting vendor and swag warehouse for several departments within our organization: Sales, Marketing, HR, and Account Management. The Sensdoso platform allows us to connect with our prospects, customers, and internal staff on a more frequent and meaningful basis.

Sendoso is the best gifting platform for the US market, but leaves a lot to be desired in the EMEA region. It is great for programs that aren't dependent on a time and place like an review incentive program for example. If there is a firm date when you need to receive materials by, I would not trust that your items make it on time from my experience.

It is used to leverage all direct mail campaigns within our organization and we have directly integrated it with Marketo. It is a great platform for connecting with people and offering them something for their business and attracting prospects who are in the sales pipeline. It is a great platform for our account-based marketing and is mainly used by us to nurture our MLE prospects.

We use Sendoso across our sales and marketing teams to drive client and prospect engagement. Sendoso has been the center of our gifting strategy since COVID-19 and an incremental piece for online campaigns run through sales development, organized by marketing. For the most part, our team uses the gift card functionality.

  • There are lots of options for e-gifting giving teams the ability to be unique in campaigns.

  • Tracking and reporting.
  • Integration with Outreach calendar. We don't use Calendly.
I've seen the most amount of success with Sendoso when leveraging the platform to re-engage prospects with whom I have existing relationships. Cold outreach with Sendoso can be a hit or miss, mostly missing, but when a relationship already exists it has been very powerful in securing next steps or conversations in a sales cycle.

Sendoso is our default Direct Marketing Platform. We use it for both e-Gift efforts as well as Direct Mail support, which as you can imagine has been incredibly important during the new remote work era. Sendoso has made it incredible easy and effective to include a direct-touch engagement aspect to our otherwise "virtual" events. Being able to "reach out and touch somebody" these days has allowed us to continue, and in some ways expand on, our direct marketing efforts with both prospects and existing customers.
  • Allow us to create thoughtful, custom marketing packages.
  • Leverage an incredible library of pre-existing products - both e-Gift and Direct physical products.
  • Customer Support! We have gotten so successful because of the great support and knowledge sharing we get from our Sendoso Team.
  • Integrate directly with our Marketing and Sales infrastructure.
  • Better budgetary management; allow for budget managers/users who do not need to run programs (separate user roles?).
  • Continue to improve integration with best-in-class platforms i.e. Marketo.
  • UI maturity - always work to make the UI better and easier to use.
  • Improve the charitable donations functionality - still too limited for some real-world use cases.
Well suited for B2B prospecting, as well as customer affinity programs where a direct touch can be effective.

We use Sendoso for a lot of our ABM and 1-1 and 1-few interactions and campaigns. It helps create that personal touch and make us look more human to our prospects.
  • Integration with Salesforce, getting visibility for the entire org on which contacts got something from us and makes it easy for the sales team to utilize Sendoso from one platform.
  • Easy to use and setup for all end users.
  • Ability to track all sends from one place.
  • Fantastic customer support.
  • UI improvements. Being able to filter by sends or people that have done the send.
  • Search functionality - being able to search for touches a bit more easily.

We use it cross-functionally to support sales and marketing efforts to close business, delight our current clients and strengthen relationships and retention, and celebrate our team members internally. We were sending ad-hoc gifts across the board giving us almost zero visibility into the business impact. Sendoso streamlined our process and put numbers behind our efforts.
  • Customer Service: Whenever an issue pops up, they are very quick to solve with answers that a non-technical person can understand
  • Continuous Improvement: They are always adding new products and features that improve the experience.
  • There are some aspects to the user experience that are clunky.
I'd recommend this to anyone that has gifting/direct mail as part of their strategy, especially an ABM strategy. The spectrum of automation and personalization is great for anyone look to scale their programs, but wanting flexibility, as well.

Sendoso is being used by both our Marketing, Sales, and People teams for physical gifts and egifts. We utilize the platform for larger sends driven by our marketing team for acquisition and pipeline acceleration programs. The Sendoso platform allows us to surprise and delight prospects and customers with gifts and helps deepen relationships.
  • Creative and out of the box gifting ideas - coming up with unique gifts for our customers, prospects and team.
  • Easy to use platform and setup - Not hard for users to get up and running.
  • CS and Support team - always tuned in and willing to help. I can bring them ideas or search for suggestions and they are always responsive, timely and helpful.
  • I'd love to be able to build my own bundles without relying on or CSM to do that.
  • It would be great to have reminders go out before address confirmations expire.
Sendoso takes the ease out of direct mail. If you're looking for bulk sends or one-off sends, Sendoso can help you with this. It ties into our Salesforce campaigns well so we are then able to measure influence and revenue attributed from our direct mail campaigns. Quick email sends of egifts make it easy to send a small token after a meeting.

We use Sendoso for Americas Field Marketing campaigns to solve cross-functional needs but focused on demand generation.

The Sendoso sending platform solves many key challenges for us:
  • Vendor Consolidation -- Our ability to source and fund a deep portfolio of vendors through one single vendor for direct-mail (ex. 40 cookie & cake vendor options on Sendoso's sending platform!) and experience mail (ex. virtual wine tasting experience event kits). This streamlines po and contracts processes.
  • Automation -- Salesforce Campaigns: Sends have the opt-in ability to flow into sfdc campaigns to track success in two ways: 1.) delivery steps and 2.) attend / did not attend compared to the delivery steps. This automation creates a seamless opportunity to track influenced pipeline reports from campaigns. Address Confirmation and Privacy: Personal addresses are imperative to successfully run campaigns during covid. Sendoso has a great system in place for us to opt-in or opt-out of per touch / send that confirms addresses and keeps it privately between sendoso / the cookie vendor for example / and the recipient.
  • Direct Mail Relevancy -- We can real time adjust to our recipients to offer more choices, send a highly relevant item to the recipients preferences ex. loves Nuggets basketball...can send nuggets swag same day!, or even surf seasonal curated sends right from the platform.
  • Creativity -- Sendoso provides us with a shortened time to market with our wildest ideas. Ex. Thanksgiving turkey sends and Sendoso already having a meat company lined up with 'honest turkeys'. The vendor teams work very hard to bring net new sends to their Sendoso Direct program which is ready-to-send items that do not require 6 week lead time to procure, negotiate, package etc. It's fantastic - we LOVE Sendoso Direct
  • Customer Centricity - Sendoso takes feedback from their customers seriously and is dedicated to being the best experience and best in industry. They're accessible at every level: c-suite to customer support.
  • Product Evolution - The platform has an incredible future picture potential. This isn't just a direct mail tool. This is a customer success platform, a relationship management tool, a one stop shop for marketing demand generation campaigns, the list goes on.
  • Support - The support team is incredible. Responsive. Super attentive. an extended team for you.
  • Invoice consolidation features (it can be done but it's a manual email request right now)
  • Return Shipping Notifications with Real Time Solving
  • Seasonal Sends (they exist but let's see more from current vendors!)
Highly recommend. This platform gives you flexibility with budgeting/planning and faster time to market. I now always bake in a set quarterly budget for always on Sendoso Campaigns that I can tweak real time to ensure campaign success. Without this kind of tool, changes on vendor swaps can slow success, expose or inflate a routine decision, and result in less campaign execution ie pipeline impacts per year.

Currently, Sendoso is being utilized by our marketing department and inside sales team. We are in the process of expanding the tool into our customer account team. The marketing department utilizes the tool to support sales. Sendoso helps to address pipeline creation and acceleration. As far as pipeline creation, it helps us with door opener conversations, follow-ups and thank-yous. For acceleration, the tool allows us to enhance our relationships with our open opportunities.
  • Customer support--dedicated customer success manager that we connect with weekly.
  • Ease of use of the platform--easy to navigate and create/make sends.
  • Product innovation--I've noticed that the product team continues to make improvements to the tool as well as adding integrations, partnerships, and new functions and features.
  • Partnerships/availability of product--the options are pretty endless for what you can send. Between e-gifts and physical gifts, they are connected to many partners and vendors.
  • Prescheduled sends--the ability to set a time that you want your send to go out.
  • Templates--the template feature is a bit tricky to use; we've had some issues with triggered sends and pre selected templates.
If you are looking to implement a direct mailing tool, Sendoso is the way to go. It really can be used cross-functionally--not only for sales and driving revenue, but also customer loyalty and even employee appreciation and support. We moved our employee merchandise store to Sendoso recently to keep everything housed in their warehouse/platform. If you are looking for a tool for pipeline acceleration and creation, Sendoso is a great addition to your technology stack.
